These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Sell Your Car service provided by UsedCars. By submitting a Sell Your Car form you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms.

You are responsible for providing accurate information about the vehicle and ownership. You confirm you are authorised to sell the vehicle and that the details provided (including registration number, VIN, mileage and ownership) are true to the best of your knowledge.

3. Privacy & Data

We will use the personal data you provide to process your submission, contact you and (if required) fulfil valuation and inspection tasks. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

4. Offers, inspections & completion

Any offer made by UsedCars is subject to inspection and verification. An offer is not final until we have completed all checks and both parties have signed the sales agreement.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, UsedCars excludes liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from your submission.

6. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales (or adapt to the jurisdiction you operate in).
